The newest addition to the Nokia family is their first device running Maemo 5, a new OS that takes the best of Nokia's internet enabled device range and squeezes it into a phone. Featuring a large 3.5 inch screen and a full slide-out keyboard, it also packs a powerful engine under the hood to power things along. Will the N900 finally bring Nokia to the same level of Google's new Nexus One, Motorola's Droid, or Apple's iPhone?

The first thing you notice about the N900 is its size, it's a bit on the large side at 110.9 x 59.8 x 18mm, and with a weight of 181g you're going to feel it in your pocket. However, and it's a BIG however. The Linux based N900 is a hackers delight!
